Sadly, it seems that Kjaerhus Audio is no longer operating as a company, but the good news is that its much-loved range of classic free effects is still available for download elsewhere.
Many producers have used these at some point: the range contains compressor, EQ, Reverb, Master Limiter, Delay, Chorus, Auto-Filter, Flanger and Phaser plug-ins. They’re getting on a bit now, but you may find them to be a useful alternative to the processors that came with your DAW. The complete collection is also included on our sister magazine Computer Music’s cover DVD every month. Indeed, the CM Studio is full of great plug-ins.
