Hello,

there's no midi out in Wavosaur.
maybe you can find a VST able to send MIDI out messages (depending on the audio input)

what are you trying to achieve ?

Hi,

Im trying sync the sound with my lighting cue.
Since i new to this, im still figure it out how.
But after reading in this forum , i need to buy a pro software right?

Would you recommend me what what audio software that simple enough that could only play and or convert various audio format? (As simple as wavosaur)
Or is there any additional program to wavosaur that could make it possible?

Also do i need to buy a sound card with midi out, or just usb-midi cable is enough?

Cheers

Based on your description it sounds like you want to trigger your lights and have a sound play at the same time, but I wonder if instead you mean that you want to play a song and have your lighting triggered at specific times by pre-programmed cues?

Also, it might be useful if you post the brand and model of your lighting board.

Yes, that exactly what i want.
I already prepared a a que list that contain many lighting cue.
So when the music start, the lighting will also start, and the next cues at some specific time that recorded base on mtc that my board received.

Im using GrandMa2. It could received Midi and LTC (XLR)

Hope you understand my bad english.

Regards
iwan H

Here's a VST plugin that claims to do that:

http://thepiz.org/plugins/?p=midiOut

Alternately, you might want to try Reaper DAW. It sends MTC and should take care of your audio needs as well.
