Wavosaur flat out refuses to load it. 32 bit in 32 bit Wavosaur, 64 bit in 64 bit Wavosaur, same error message, "Unable to load [path]soothe.dll / soothe64.dll.

Loads fine in Audacity. Tried activating trial. Works there, but still same error in Wavosaur.

Tried installer with OpenGL Disabled option. Still same error in Wavosaur.

Would be nice to get this to work in Wavosaur... it is 2017, and Audacity's "Chain" mode STILL will not export 32 bit wav files.

I fixed it... for some reason, I wasn't getting a useful error message until I tried Reaper, which complained about MSVCP120.dll being missing when it tried to load Soothe. Sure enough, this DLL was missing from my system.

It's part of the 2013 Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime. So, I fixed the problem by installing the following two installers (one for 32 bit and one for 64 bit):
