My birthday past a couple days, and there's something I thought.
i NEED a software for recording the incoming audio on my PC
ih has to be fast, and efficient

i wanted in mp
but i found streamosaur ::

works great

but i can't find how to change bit rate for mp3 encoding
how can i chnage bitrate ? it's 128 kbps, i want
