|
|
Hi, I'm new to Wavosaur. I was hoping I could use it to get some distortion out of an improvised piano piece that I recorded years ago and have no chance of duplicating.
I used to use Cool Edit Pro to manually remove distortion by bringing the waveforms inside the clipping point. It took a long time, but was effective. Is there any way to do something like this with Wavosaur?
The noise removal technique in Wavosaur won't work, as far as I can tell, for distortion.
The distortion/clipping isn't everywhere, but it's in some passages that I don't want edit out.
Thanks for any help,

You may try http://www.perfectdeclipper.com/
Or maybe a very simple declipper would do the job if it is the original raw record with only the piano. |
