I have not installed wavosaur yet so I'm curious before I do, is it possible to embed metadata into files?

Hello,
It depends on what you hear with "metadata", a lot of things can be embedded in .wav files (anything can be embedded!), for the moment we are supporting standard chunks like cue markers, and loop points.
About the mp3 we didn't add any ID3 editing as it is as simple as right clicking on a mp3 files for editing these informations.
