am looking for a good (free would be better) plugin converter. I downloaded the EffectChainer by AconDigital but cant make it work. it's supposed to serve as a wrapper and make uour vst plugin work in a host that uses directX anyone had any experience with the Acon converter ? anyone know of another adapter that will accomplish this. any help greatly app.

hey, thanx for the reply - the one i'm using is an older version of cool edit pro. my plugin is a vst demo ver of celemony melodyne editor (pitch correction). cool edit only recognizes DX so i figured if i could locate some type of converter/wrapper, convert the vst > DX, then i could use cool edit as the host.
do you know of anything that might work?

i only know dx-2-vst wrapper, not vst-2-dx
can't melodyne work with Wavosaur ? |

so far i havent been able to get it to work. Whenever i open the pluginin and click play in the host, the track plays, vu meters register but nothing is transferred into the plugin that i can edit
