Hi folks,
Sorry for the most basic of questions, but this is my first time using the service to edit audio and I'm running into a bit of difficulty.
I've recorded--and successfully edited--a 1 hr audio track for a podcast, but I want to insert music at the start and sporadically throughout. I have these music files clipped off in separate Wavosaur files, but I'm having trouble inserting them into the existing timeline with the 1 hr audio. I've tried copying and pasting, cutting etc.
Can somebody please help me out with what I'm missing? I'm sure it's straightforward, but would love the assistance.
Thanks!!! |

hello !
don't forget to "select" the parts you want to copy
for example :
use CTRL+A on you clipped music file, then CTRL+C and now use CTRL+V in your recording.
don't forget to save your recording before making heavy changes |

Hi Poivre,
I've done exactly that but it won't copy and paste into the file. It only seems to want to copy the existing file twice. Any suggestions? |

that's very strange!
you should have 2 child windows :
one with your recording
one with separate clipped music part
you select a part in the second windows and then paste in the first, it should work ! |
