I am beginner and novice , maybe I do something wrong or not. You decide.

Chose one chanel ( 1, 2 or even 3 ) make selection pres delete -> it delete slected part ( time ) all existing chanels. I know chanels should be equal but it is my problem I suppose.
I can't split chanels and remove one of them and also record one chanel as addition to others existing.
I can't change chanel sequence ( 3 chanels ) or swap chanels ( 2 ) - see 4BandShifter problem.

4BandShifter - work only on one chanel ( 1 ) when chosen 2 do nothing -> I can't chose chanel to work on in stereo ( ShinyfxMonkeygage do this properly )
Swamp - insta, show, work but produce silence
XponautVoiceTweaker - instal, show, but don't work
SLowEr - as VoiceTweaker
Gsnap - something intermediate between Swamp and SLowEr - no matter of settings aply sam filter.

System Win98se full upgrade wavosaur 1.0.1.0 or 1.0.0.9

Welcome to our forum

About the channel editing, Wavosaur is multichannel but not multitrack. We could add multi track capabilities but i don't think it's a good thing (or maybe coding another app!).
For multi-track editing i prefer Reaper+Wavosaur or Kristal+Wavosaur , Kristal is free and Reaper is not expensive.

I will test 4bandshifter to see if there are problem with the VST host
i don't have Xponaut VoiceTweaker
SlowEr is working (have to press the button without releasing it) but by its "nature" cannot be applied with the actual config of Wavosaur.
i don't know the "Swamp" VST , don't hesitate to post a link to it!
I'll test Gsnap with different channel configuration too to see what's going wrong

swamp is a VSTi , for the moment Wavosaur only works with VST effects.
i still have to test the other plugins,

about the 4bandshifter plugin, try to test with an old version of Wavosaur (1.0.0.7000 or 8000), i think i know this problem with some plugins that are not well coded.
