About my biggest negative with Wavosaur has always been the fact it can not handle large file, I think over about 2 hour on my old system, which I think I discovered was because it using RAM memory rather than Direct From/To Disk streaming. I can see nothing about this having been addressed in the release notes for the latest version. Is this still the case? This single fact caused me to go with a paid for alternative in the past but having just got a laptop for travelling and the licence being single-user I am looking again at Wavosaur as by far the best free option I had found, except it having this single issue making it only usable for me in some situations. |
