This may be a dumb question, but I've looked all over and I can't find it addressed anywhere.

When I got Wavosaur, I tried it out by recording a quick couple seconds of guitar. It wasn't anything at all, so I didn't save the track. Now, when I open Wavosaur, it tells me the file isn't found.

Since then, I've done the same thing again, to try out editing levels. Now I have two error messages whenever I start up Wavosaur. You can see where this will get completely out of hand if I don't find some sort of a solution.

My questions: 1st and foremost, why? What's going on here and why on Earth would anyone want this?

2nd, how do I clear this so Wavosaur isn't looking for these files anymore?

3rd, How do I get Wavosaur to ignore tracks I don't want to save?

Hello,

You can go to the "Options " menu, choose "Editor configuration" and uncheck "last opened file at startup"

Even with this option checked you shouldn't get an error message but maybe there is a bug we will investigate
