Hi,
I use Wavosaur mainly for editing samples. I'm using an old version, 1.0.6.
For some reason, a very large number of my samples have automation volume envelopes in them, even though I never use them and consequently didn't set them, although it may be possible I did it by accident, though it's doubtful I did it, because this has affected hundreds of samples. I see nothing in the batch processing having to do with volume envelopes; there's no way to set or remove them, so I don't understand how they wound up there. To my understanding, automation envelopes are strictly a Wavosaur thing.
Edit: I just figured out what caused it... I did a batch process and converted everything to 16 bit, and automation envelopes appeared, even in the files that didn't have them. Not sure if other functions in batch processing do it, but this is definitely a bug. Maybe it was fixed in a newer version?
Regardless, now the question is, how can they be removed without going through each file individually? Even the latest version has no batch processes related to that.
Thanks in advance for help. It's greatly appreciated! |
