Ideally with a range of options:

Convert to ogg (ABR, quality = 10 )
Convert to ogg (ABR, quality = 9 )
Convert to ogg (ABR, quality = 8 )
.
.
.
Convert to ogg (ABR, quality = 0)

...and maybe:

Convert to ogg (VBR, 144kbps to 224kbps)
Convert to ogg (VBR, 128kbps to 192kbps)
Convert to ogg (VBR, 112kbps to 160kbps)

etc.
