Hey,

Can I import 2 separate tracks, pan one left...pan one right(or, combine them, basically), and export them as one stereo track?

Like you can in Audacity...if anyone knows what I'm talking about.

P.S. - When I signed up, I got an error that said "failed to send e-mail". I was still able to sign in, though.

Just letting you guys know.

Yes, it can be done. It is not as easy as Audacity but not very difficult either. Here is how:

First you have two MONO files.
Code:
-----file-number--one----

-----file-number--two----

Now, add another channel to each file using the menu "Process -> Channel processing -> Insert channel"
Code:
-----file-number--one----
-------------------------

-----file-number--two----
-------------------------

Take either file and swap left and right using the menu "Process -> Swap channels"
Code:
-----file-number--one----
-------------------------

-------------------------
-----file-number--two----

Finally, copy one onto the other using the menu "Edit -> Other paste -> Past and mix"
Code:
-----file-number--one----
-----file-number--two----

Now you have a stereo file from two mono files!
