| Is is possible to fade in/out VST effects rather than just having them come on full effect? Is there any audio software that will permit me to do so? |

you can record in stereo, apply the effects to one channel leaving the other channel "dry". Play back to a mono recording and use the output stereo balance R/L to create the fade in fade out effect.
