I just found Wavosaur and after a day of using it I'm already super-happy about finding an audio editor that "just works"!
The only issue I have right now is that there's a bit of a lack on the format side, and it only saves to WAV: are you guys planning to make some sort of plugin API for it so that people can write their own encoders/decoders for it? This would save you guys a lot of time and effort.
I know at least I'd be willing to wrap up some of those for you. (OGG, FLAC, MP3, etc.) |

The problem is that I'd need a variety of formats (OGG and FLAC being the relatively important ones).
As said, once you make an API I'm willing to wrap all this up for you. |
