Hello,
Waveosaur is a good audio editor and i have no problem with it, i could hear sound with asio driver (I have checked the Driver Asio button in the audio configuration) but... i could'nt use audio routing with my sound card (PCI E-MU 1010 with E-Mu Patch Mix DSP application). You can see the screenshot of the audio routing dialog box:
When i use CTRL+SHIFT+P here is the text:
