when i try push the record button, there appears an error message saying "unable to open WaveIn". what does it mean? how can i avoid it? what to do? help me please! thanks |

does your soundcard work properly in other audio applications? did you choose the right audio input in the audio configuration ("Options" > "Audio Configuration")? |

We remark with some soundcard that if you use asio for output, 'MME Wave In' could not work.
We work on this problem.

Note that if you use the ASIO4All drivers (old version, like v1.8) you have to "disable input" in the ASIO control panel, and the normal MME wave in will be available.
