hi and thanks in advance i want to get a sound card for my new computer
HP Pavilion Elite HPE-127c PC - Intel Core i5 750 2.66GHz, 8GB DDR3, 1TB HDD, DVDRW, Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
i had a sound blaster 5.1 planum card in a old pc( 2001) and it worked good but they dont suport it any more
i have a phase linier stereo a dinosor from the 70's so i want to come from the pre amp to rca jacks . i used to do wave files and liked the sound is this still the way to go
any help on picking a sound card would be great
