I've enjoyed Wavosaur for a while now. Never an issue. Performed great.
Yesterday I got a new Lenovo (core quad) running Windows 7. When I try to record with Wavosaur the sound levels are way too low. I can barely hear the recordings.
I've check all the sound settings in Win7, cranked them all up to 100%, but no luck.
Any ideas?
Thanks. |

Looking for some guidance on this. Not sure what's up. I've downloaded the latest Wavosaur version, keep checking the Audio Configuration, but I just can't seem to get Wavosaur to "hear" the audio.
Note the VU meter is not hearing anything.
What am I doing wrong?

Never mind.
Problem solved.
It's a stupid Windos 7 issue. I needed to right click on the little speaker icon, then choose Recording Devices, then right click in that windown and choose "Show Disabled" and "Show Disconnected" before I could find and alter the settings for the Sound Card. Ugh
Can the Windoze engineers make it any more difficult?
Right click to the rescue once again. |
