The other loaded a drum loop into Wavosaur and noticed that it auto detect cut up each drum part and saved each part when I exported. But now when I load a drum loop, it does not auto detect.. I am new to Wavosaur and I think I may have pressed something and disabled auto detect... How do I fix this?

If you used the auto-detect-region button from the toolbar, the settings are fixed so they may work for some sounds and not for others.
You can go to Menu-->Tools-->Auto detect region-->Custom and choose settings that are more suited.

if possible you should post the sound you apply auto detect to. And also the settings you used for threshold level and duration
