I have Media Player on my lap top. It is very restricting what i can do with the music in my playlist. I want to be able to fade tracks in and out. crop time off the start and end of tracks, and boost volumes in certain places.
I have downloaded your software thinking I might be able to to this, but am finding myself totally in the dark.

All you described is possible with wavosaur: open your file, fade in and out, and volumize the selection you want with all the various features.
