Love this little wave-editor, wavosaur!
I like to do everything possible from the keyboard without using the mouse, I can do allmost anything I'd like from the keyboard in Sound Forge and that is one reason why I use Sound Forge.
This is the scenario in Wavosaur:
1) I mark a part, using Shift + right arrow
2) When I want to unmark that part (deselect or unselect), to mark another part, how do I do that - without using the mouse?
In Sound Forge it becomes deselected as soon as I use left or right arrow (without Shift). In Wavosaur I've now found a far to complicated way to deselect - holding Shift and use left or right arrow to make the selection as small as it possbly can be.
I would like to do it the way I do in Sound Forge. To me this is not a small topic but essential. Any one else agree? |

We have changed a -lot- of things in last version (1.0.3.0 from the 26 august 2008), even some things that are not visible, and this part (selecting) has a big rework running (and not finished). These kind of features are not as simple as they seems |

I see
And I guess you are right. I know there are some more things, related to this topic, that you would like to implement at the same time.
It´s very nice to have a word och two like the ones you gave me here. Then I know you care, and that's makes me feel fine. I think you are doing a great job! And Wavosaur is a fantastic smooth running product. |
