|

Hi,
I apologize if this addressed in another thread, I looked and haven't yet seen this answer...
I have a long session recording I'd like to chop up into "tracks" that can be read by a player... so instead of one long 3-hr track/ file, there are 15 sub tracks/ sub files that can be searched/ skipped by cd or mp3 players within the whole file.
Is this possible?
Or must I really create independent tracks by cutting/ pasting/ saving as separate files?
Thus far my use of Markers hasn't resulted in success- they disappear upon saving into the .wav file, and don't convert into the mp3 format.
Thanks for the help! |

assuming you can fast forward and rewind the master:
open a new file, record the first "track", then pause the master where you want the break. Save the file and name it. Open a new file, record and pause where you want the next break, and so on. Repeat until you have all of the files of the size you want. It will take the 3 hours, but it will get it done. _________________ Steve |
