after finishing a recording session and pressing the rec again,a window pops up asking whether the file will be saved or discarded.if the user wants the file to be saved and clicks yes,the software should automatically save the file at a preselected folder giving a name of its own

the window pops up when you close the file without having saved it
it should not appear if you just click on rec again

you mean that if i click rec again,the first recorded file will be saved and then when i stop the next recording session and click rec again,that second file will be saved with a different filename than the first?
