i was able to use directX plugins with a VST-DX wrapper !
Try the free FFX4 http://perso.orange.fr/vb-audio/us/products/dxrack/dxrack.htm !

Wavosaur doesn't support DX effect. But you can use it, with wrapper in the VST rack.

i tested with this wrapper and it's working well.
We won't support DX effects in "native"
