Do you know a free chopper effect ? like a ultra fast gate. Is this possible with Wavosaur ?

Hi!
There is the Gapper feature in Wavosaur, in the Effects menu
i used to use it, and i like it.

But it does all the file, not just the selected part Sad
There must be VST for chopping too, for sure
