I am using Sonar 8.3.1 as sequencer for live playing (not for recording)

Ideally I need 3 inputs:

1) Guitar + Guitar Rig
2) Voice + GAC-1
3) Voice + GAC-1 + Antares AVOX Duo + Delay

The only combination that ends up being stable is the 1) . 2) and 3) either crap or latency increases to become unusable. Might it be a RAM issue? My computer has 1 GB RAM.

Is there any way to measure the RAM / CPU consumtpion of a VST plugin (effect, working in a sequencer environment)?

The same for latency. Is there any way to measure it?
