My pastor wants to start recording services, but we don't have a recorder at the church. I thought you could "just do it" with windows, but windows recorder only records 60 seconds at a time. Is this program appropriate for this kind of usage. We only need sound (for now), and we have a mixer (I think that's what it's called). YIKES!!! Anyways, it has line out jacks and all the sound runs thru it. I figure the program needs to be able to run a couple of hours at a time (at least). I don't need any fancy editing capabilities at all.
Thank You |

a couple of hours?
this could be a problem!
i'm not sure if wavosaur is capable of recording directly to harddisk - if so, you should have a lot of free space on it, i guess! |

Hello Damase,
Actually with the current version of Wavosaur it's not recommended to record very long files.
I think a very simple hard disk recorder software should do the trick. |
