Wavosaur doesn't contain RIAA compensation.
You have 2 choices to record your favorite record:
- find an good analogic preamp before soundcard input (take care with input level of your sound card).
- record without correction, and apply RIAA correction as post treatment with VST effect.
The second solution allows you to have the possibility to change the parameters of your correction (tweaking VST parameters). You can choose after the best effect for you. _________________ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

So you are saying I can record from a tuntable without the RIAA directly in and 'fix' it within the program? Using an EQ? Another VST? Enlighten me please!
Thanks!!

Hello frank,
Yes you can apply VST effect to a recording for "RIAA correction". At the moment i don't know VSTs that are specialized for this purpose but i'm sure it must exist.
I'll give more informations on this topic if i find something useful |
