Here's a non exhaustive list of bugfixes and feature that are actually planned and we are working on :

General:
- Add vu-meters /done
- Improve the default paths configuration /done
- Remember last windows size, toolbar placement and last wav files opened (saved in ini file) /done
- Make a "oscilloscope mode" for editor during playing /wip
- Improve the sonogram & 3D spectrum analysis /wip
- Improve the real-time osc/FFT/pan view /wip
- Add path for tmp and recording files
- Improve CPU usage


Audio driver:
- Improve the stability (audio engine & graphics) /wip


MIDI:
- Implement general MIDI commands /done
- Add MIDI commands configuration inside wavosaur /done


File support:
- Add import for other sound file formats
- Add import for .ogg files /done


VST:
- Handle clipping in VST Host /done
- Open VST with dbl click /done
- Add bypass for VSTs /done
- Add default GUI for GUIless plugins /done
- Improve the VST Host stability /wip


Effect, processing, markers and loops:
- Add bit depth converter /done
- Improve the basic functions and add new ones
- Add function to slice file /done
- Add function to autodetect transient /done
- Add name to marker
- Bpm info etc.
