Hi, welcome here!
You can import mp3 files and edit the files in Wavosaur.
Don't forget that you lose quality if you re-encode in mp3 when saving.
It's not really a problem if this is for ringtone! |

If you want to remove parts or normalize an MP3 file without re-encoding and without losing quality, there's a freeware program called MP3 DirectCut.
But it doesn't have all the editing options Wavosaur has. :) |
