Is it possible to add a "save as" wavosaur extension (for example *.wsp --> WavoSaurProject) with every process, undo edit, vst, audio file and other things included on the work?
Thanks to Wavosaur Staff |

i see what the main developer think about that, it could be useful.
for the moment you can save some informations (separately) for re-use :
- the VST chain (with all parameters settings)
- the VST presets
some infomations are saved in the .wav files:
- loop points and markers
- volume automation curves
you can check an option in the editor configuration to remember the last non-closed files when launching Wavosaur (the files are reloaded from disk at startup)
it could be nice to have all-in-one, we'll have a look at that! |

Bump...
This is what I was referring to in my 1st post. The ability to save your work as a "project" that can be recalled and modified if needed, as opposed to processing a wav file with effects and plug-ins, and the end result is saved with those colorations WITHOUT the ability to re-open it later and start where you left off to make revisions.
If Wavosaur can't allow me to go back to my previous work somehow, I'm going to have to try some other program...as nice and intuitive as this one is. Hopefully someone here has been down this road before and can help me. Thanks again.

I agree. A save option to save as project should be high priority! |

Hi all,
Well we are working on these types of new features. It's not very easy because lot's of informations must be saved. But yes your are right it could be very useful to reopen a working "session". To be continued. _________________ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
