Wavosaur

I am not able to record from my USB connection (MXL Mic Mate) even though the audio setup recognizes it and everything shows ok. Cannot see anything on the VU bars or the oscilloscope.

I am able to import audio files from GoldWave and manipulate and save them, just nothing from my soundcard or USB input.

Are there settings outside of Wavosaur that would affect this?
What am I missing?

Any help greatly appreciated.
