All functions are disabled after "Last opened files on startup".
must close and reopen file to activate functions again.

Yes, I just found out, it ONLY happens when a wav opens maximized on startup.
Minimizing the wav, brings the functions back again.
Also minimize than maximize Wavosaur brings the functions back.
Refreshing Wavosaur should fix the problem.
Also the playback cursor is flickering much, very nervously.
(Thats an old problem)
Zooming into the wav, so the playback cursor stayes centered
is flickering the whole wav display.
I hope you can fix this soon.

What a strange behavior!
I try to analyse the problem, but it seems funny!
I have never seen that.
