This is a great editor, and it's nice now to be able to read and write 64-bit floats from files -- great for working with reaper. Many, many thanks.

However can vst plugins (or interal processes) which canProcess doubles to return their results as 64bit floats? It does make a difference, certainly for some filtering operations.

If it helps, I'm using Schwa's bitter

to look at the signal path in Wavsaour.

Your work is much appreciated guys. |

				Welcome griz lee!

We will improve the VST host, and surely make it full 2.4 compliant.

Thanks for the link to Bitter, i'll test it |

how nice to be welcomed to the forum!

thanks for considering this - with a 64 bit end-to-end audio chain, you'll start attracting some mastering guys!

very best,
