We'd like to see an option where you can edit a single channel on a Multichannel wave file.
Example: being able to select only one channel and apply effect and/or edit that single channel only.
You can select/unselect channel, by right clicking on the dB bar, or by using the 1 - 8 keys (not those from the numpad).
Whe na channel is unselected, the dB bar is grayed and the color of the selection is changing.
The effects (from process menu and VST) are applied to selected channels only. This way you can apply effect to a single channel without affecting the others.
