Hi,
I am a newbie who is trying to make a 12 hour white noise track in a attempt to help my 5 month old baby sleep.
I have a 1 hour mp3 of white noise that fades in and out quite abruptly at the beginning and end respectively and have been using this on repeat.
I have used wavosaur to make the fading more subtle which has helped heaps but she still seems to wake up more at these times than in the middle of the track.
So, i really want to make a continuous track.
I have read some of the tutorials and tried cutting and pasting but have not made anything smooth yet.
Any suggestions, directions etc greatly appreciated
Thanks,
Trent |

Welcome trent lane
I'm sure we can help you, don't hesitate to give more details :
What software will you use for playing the white noise track
I'm not sure to understand about the fade in/out , you need a
1) continuous volume loop
or
2)something that fades out, then fade in , then fades out etc..,
if you need 2), must it be periodic (with high or low frequency), or random ?
For smooth loop you can try the "crossfade loop" in loop menu. |
